Saffron Grant
BEng Civil Engineering (Hons) – Founder, Managing Director and Trainer.
The OG Setting Out For Construction trainer, Saffron created our flagship five -day Setting Out for Construction course and authored the CITB Training Standards that have become the benchmark for the industry. She still enjoys delivering the five-day course, meeting learners, and watching their skills and confidence grow.
With experience spanning designers, clients, and contractors, from working as a site engineer with Costain to freelancing for a range of large contractors and small construction companies, Saffron understands the pressures, priorities, and psyche of both major projects and smaller firms. She contributes to industry leadership groups and skills forums, working alongside others to improve the skills landscape across construction.
