If you are funding your own training, we can help you improve your chances of landing the right role.
We know job hunting in construction can be frustrating, from unclear adverts to employers asking for experience you’ve not yet had the chance to gain. We understand those challenges and focus on removing the barriers that are within your control.
Securing a job depends on many factors including market demand, your background, other certifications, your personality, visa status, and sometimes a bit of luck.
We can’t promise a job offer, but we can promise this: we will give you honest advice about whether our training is likely to help you achieve your career goals based on your experience, qualifications, and intentions. If we don’t think it’s the right move for you, we’ll tell you.
If another training provider is suggesting they can connect you directly with jobs, it’s worth asking how, and on what basis, they are able to make that promise. Ask for evidence of success rates, not just testimonials from individual cases, and consider how any provider can realistically offer a job to someone they’ve never met or trained.
