Description
A flexible hybrid route for learners who already have access to site-based experience, equipment, and strong support from their employer or mentors. This pathway is well suited to those who are already confident in many of the required competencies but may need to strengthen a small number of specific areas. There is no need to identify these in advance of booking. Once enrolled, your assessor will work with you to review your current position and agree a tailored development plan, with the option to select from our modular courses or arrange targeted 1-to-1 remote or in-person training where needed.
