FUNDING FOR
CITB REGISTERED EMPLOYERS

Making access to construction training funding simple and straightforward.

We are CITB Training Provider Network (TPN) training provider.

We are a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and part of the CITB Training Provider Network (TPN). All our training meets CITB’s quality standards and is eligible for the relevant grant or funding support.

CITB Employer Network Funding

All our courses are eligible for 70% funding from the Employer Network Fund. Accessing this funding is straightforward. You simply book your training through your local CITB Engagement Advisor, there is no complex application process. You pay 30% of the course cost, and CITB pays us the remaining 70% on completion, so you don’t need to pay in full and claim it back later.

If you are unsure which course is the best fit, or whether our training aligns with your goals, you can speak to us first. Once you are ready to book, your local advisor can arrange the funding. We have strong relationships with CITB Engagement Advisors across the country and can introduce you if needed.

FAQ ABOUT CITB

Do You Need to Be a CITB Registered Employer to Claim Funding?

Yes, you need to be a CITB-registered employer to access CITB funding. If you are not currently registered, you can find out more here:

www.citb.co.uk/levy-grants-and-funding/levy/how-the-levy-works/registration

Very small companies can still benefit from the funding without paying any levy, making it accessible to businesses of all sizes.

What Is CITB Assured Training?

The CITB Assured Training model is built around three connected parts:

1. Construction Training Directory (CTD) An online directory of Assured Training Organisations and the courses they are approved to deliver. The directory lists Assured Products, CITB Products and Recognised Products.

2. Construction Training Register (CTR) A secure database of construction workers’ training achievements and qualifications.

3. Automated Grant Payments Levy-registered construction companies receive grant payments automatically once a worker completes an eligible course - no forms, no delays.

What Is the Construction Training Register (CTR)?

The Construction Training Register is an online record of verified training and qualifications across the construction industry. Employers can use it to check an individual’s training history, and construction workers can view their own profiles to confirm their skills and achievements.

What If You Don’t Have a CTR Profile Yet?

If you do not already have a profile, we will create one for you and upload your training achievements automatically when you complete any of our CITB Assured courses. Any future Assured courses you complete with other providers will also appear on your record, giving you one verified, central record of your construction training.
